Video Appointments and Phone Appointments
You must be physically in the State of Oregon during your telehealth appointment.
Please be prepared 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session and have not contacted your therapist, this may be considered a missed appointment, and you will need to call your provider to reschedule.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties, it is important that you call your therapist so your therapist can help you.
